Meet Erika Christiansen

Erika Christiansen entered the commercial real estate industry in 2010, initially as an investor, working her way from owning a duplex and multiple single-family homes, to acquiring several commercial properties and being involved in numerous syndications.

These experiences and education prompted Erika to acquire her real estate license and to focus her attention on the commercial sector. She finds fulfillment in helping others learn the ins and outs of such an exciting field and sharing the potential to build foundational wealth with real estate at its core.

With a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Utah State University, Erika brings a unique blend of design and marketing expertise to her clients and listings. Owning her own graphic company for over 15 years connected her with hundreds of startups and entrepreneurs all over the county and added to her comprehensive understanding of small businesses.

Erika listens first, loves to research, and knows how to ask the right questions to help her clients solidify their strategy. She is passionate about delivering high-impact marketing, customized property strategies, and exceptional client service.
