By accessing or using ProSpaces, LLC (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ProSpaces, LLC provides data-driven analytics for medical practice real estate decisions, including provider density mapping, demographic analysis, referral network data, and market opportunity scoring. All data is for informational purposes only.

You must be 18 or older to use ProSpaces, LLC. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

THE SERVICE AND ALL ASSOCIATED DATA ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

ProSpaces, LLC is not a licensed real estate brokerage, financial advisor, or medical consultant. Provider and demographic data — including data sourced from CMS Physician Compare — may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You acknowledge that:

• No data on ProSpaces, LLC constitutes medical, legal, financial, or real estate advice
• Market “opportunity scores” are algorithmic estimates, not guarantees of outcomes
• Provider information may not reflect current affiliations, locations, or practice status

You should verify all data independently and consult licensed professionals before making business decisions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute the data at scale without written permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond reasonable usage limits
• Misrepresent yourself as a healthcare provider or licensed professional on the platform

The ProSpaces, LLC name, logo, design, and original content are property of ProSpaces, LLC. CMS data is subject to the CMS Open Data Terms of Use.

ProSpaces, LLC may connect you with third-party healthcare real estate brokers or professionals. These third parties are independent of ProSpaces, LLC, and any engagement with them is governed by separate agreements. ProSpaces, LLC does not endorse or warrant any third-party service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROSPACES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — REGARDLESS OF WHETHER PROSPACES, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
